I'm betting my sweet arse this case is getting dumped in the near future. I just watched the ABS CBN evening news and the DAR Secretary was interviewed after he played golf with PGMA's son. The news segment also quoted Dureza saying that an investigation is ongoing to find out kung sino talaga ang naunang nambugbog.
Picture this... Mr Dela Paz holding a golf umbrella .. the Pangandaman's with their high caliber guns and goons. Sino ang agrabyado sa picture na ito? Hilarious ain't?

I actually just finished reading her blog when I noticed your post.
In a recent Yahoo news, DAR Chief apologized for the incident.
"For his part, Pangandaman Jr said he talked with the elder De la Paz in a nice way but the man hit him instead with an umbrella and hurled invectives and twice challenged him to a fight."
Pero kung totoo man na inunahan sila... kung matinong tao tong mayor na to... still he wouldn't retaliate.

-very true. the "inunahan" part is kinda ludicrous 'coz Mr. Dela Paz nor his 14 yr old son would not have done that with their bodyguards present..
basta.. kulang sa breeding itong mga ito. absent ata ng tinuro ang GMRC sa school.
