and then there was water.

i have always loved the full moon. my brothers used to hate it when i'd switch off the lights in my mom's bedroom and gaze at the full moon through our 2nd floor window. they would hurriedly hold on to each other and scream when i'd do that. mga talawan (one who gets scared easily), my mom would tell them. then she'd hug me really tight and say, "you are my brave little girl".

now, i find comfort in the dark, i don't scare easily and i love thunderstorms and really strong rain. and of course.. i still love my full moons.

aside from full moons, here is another place which holds a special place in my heart. cotabato city. i spent the weekend in and around the city. on Sunday, a friend took me to take pictures in Cacar, Zenaida Subdivision. look at what i saw.

evacuees from datu piang flocked to this village in cotabato city since most of them had relatives there. unfortunately, the flashflood of water coming in as far as tacurong did not agree with them.

i think i know where we're gonna drop our next dumptruck full of supplies.

i heard from pikit people that paidu  pulangi is also under 3 feet of water. masakit isipin where the kids like amir sleep at night.
